like a field of cosmos flowers

I was looking for a scent to translate the feeling of walking through a field of blooming cosmos flowers in Japan - and this is it! Like flowers on a breeze. Earthy, green, floral sunshine. I love to blend this with just a touch of Woodland Fern, but it's wonderful on it's own too. A floral for people like me who don't love florals, but love flowers growing outdoors.

Yes, Yes and More Yes

Like a fresh morning breeze caressing your skin while you walk through a field bursting with colorful flora, this fragrance transports the senses to places many of us remember as children. It's such a happy, uplifting blend of flowers in this bottle, and is BY FAR my favorite "wildflowers" fragrance! It's well balanced, having an earthy base and slight ozonic notes so that it's not over-the-top floral. It's definitely worth having in any scent collection!

Love this one! In my true FOMO mentality, I immediately bought more. It’s lovely in a coconut apricot candle. I’m sure it’s beautiful in everything!

A floral I actually like! Who knew?

I ordered Cardamom (a perfect, authentic-smelling cardamom, BTW), and I got a little freebee sniffer in the shipment. I didn't really care because I saw that it said "wildflowers," and I can't think of a single floral fragrance I like. I opened it -- 'cause why not? -- and got a surprise. I was like Mikey from the old Life cereal commercial. You Belong Among the Wildflowers is actually quite beautiful. It's not sweet or headache-inducing like so many florals. It's herbaceous with a deep, mossy base. I never thought I would say this about a floral, but I can't stop sniffing it. Of course, I can't do anything with a sniffer except sniff, but I do want to make a CP soap with it. This is a new fragrance; I think I want to wait till I see some soap notes. Maybe if I'm ordering something else, I'll throw this one into the cart and take my chances. I don't like going in blind, but even if it accelerates a little bit, it will be worth it.
