Return/Refund Policy
Due to the nature of fragrance oils, we are unable to accept returns and we do not give refunds. We do offer 2 ounce sizes of all of our fragrances so you can be really sure you love a fragrance before investing in a larger amount!
If any of your products are damaged during shipping please let us know and we will quickly replace your items. However, if your box ends up somewhere north of the Mississippi, and you live in NYC, we will give you any tracking numbers and vital information we have so that you may file a claim with USPS or UPS.
Once a diligently packed box leaves our fulfillment department, it is simply out of our control. We cannot refund or reship lost or stolen packages.
If you do not receive a fulfillment notice, please check your spam/junk mail. Our site automatically sends fulfillment notices upon fulfillment, however we are finding that some purchases made via Shop or Sezzle sometimes do not receive the notice.
If your box shows delivered, yet you do not have it, this is another time to check with your post office. Many times we have found a box shows delivered and appears the next day. We aren't sure why this happens but it is happening more and more.
We do not accept declined packages back to our facility. We highly recommend you double check your order and make sure you are ordering exactly what you intend to receive.
Due to an element of theft, we do not ship to freight forwarding companies within the US that ultimately ship our products overseas without signature confirmation.
At the current time, we only ship within the continental United States and Canada.
