Due to the nature of fragrance oils, we are unable to accept returns and we do not give refunds, but we do offer 2 ounce sizes of all of our fragrances so you can be really sure you love a fragrance before investing in a larger amount! 

If any of your products are damaged during shipping please let us know and we will quickly replace your items. However, if your box ends up somewhere north of the Mississippi, and you live in NYC, we will give you any tracking numbers and vital information we have so that you may file a claim with USPS or UPS.  Once a diligently packed box leaves our studio, it is simply out of our control.

Due to an element of theft, we do not ship to freight forwarding companies within the US that ultimately ship our products overseas. 

At the current time, we only ship within the continental United States.
