This fragrance truly smells like a poblano pepper. It has a light spice and peppery smell and it smells amazing when burning in our candles.

I really liked this scent it’s fresh and clean. Smells just like the inside of those green peppers. I mixed with with other fragrances, and think it works well as a note in a blend!

CP soap maker here, I've made soap for decades and easily this is THE strongest scent I've ever had. It's got staying power that is unreal, out of the bottle it'll blow your doors off. On curing racks make sure the room is vented and door is closed! Whooooo it's STELLAR. The scent is true to the name, it's got roasty toasty notes like roasting green chile, it's not notes of a fresh cut pepper. One of the most unique FOs I've come across.
Scent retention in finished bars (at 16 weeks) is OUTSTANDING.
Behaved perfectly for me the three times I've used it, added at a trace and hand stirred in.
No discoloration.
Easy to add swirls, design, color and work with.
Scent retention is true to out of the bottle.
Beautiful blended with something minty or smoky, this is a great different scent for autumn and winter!

Didn't think I'd like this one, but love it! I plan to use it in a gardener's line.

I'm a little bad at coming back to write reviews but had to do so for this one. I tested Marsha's Poblano Pepper in cold process soap and it did accelerate my trace a bit. However, it was more than manageable to pour smoothly into my little bee molds (because, duh! that's all I use for testing the fragrances from Little Bee!). I used this at 5% of my oil weight. The soap didn't discolor at all, and hear me out on what I am about to say... this fragrance is POTENT! Out of the 30 fragrances I had poured in one evening, this one stood out above all the rest! I mean, all night and the next several days, this was all I could smell in my house. Even as I walk up to my curing bars right now, this one immediately jumps out at me. Whoo! I'll have to reduce that use rate some next time I use it! Five stars all the way!
