I'll be honest, I am not a fan of this scent alone. In fact, I legit almost named it Seal's Arse. It needs blended with Seaweed, Ocean or both to bring down the dank, brininess of it. However, if you are wanting your ocean scented products to smell realistic, this is it. My husband has scuba dived the Great Barrier Reef in Australia and says it smells much like the Pacific Ocean during low tide.

Judging oob instant dislike, this is a sweet scent to my nose. After soaping there is a slight initial sweetness BUT then the briney, salty, sulphuric (? Lol) scent comes through. No dank for me! Very clean fresh ocean scent. CP notes: slight acceleration, no r, off white discoloration. It's lovely.
I blended this 50/50 with Ocean and it's a perfect beachy smell.
