Tested at maximum 3.15%*. Fragrance seemed to behave well when stirred in. However, after a minute or two of letting it sit, it quickly became pudding thick! Move quickly and work at room temperatures. Soap has discolored to a sepia color and has a very potent scent retention post cure.
