This is the same fragrance as velvet vanilla from candle science. I know everyone buys from AFI but dang give us better options. Also can you guys be more competitive on pricing? It’s ridiculous that this is the same oil as velvet vanilla and you guys are charging way more! 5 stars because I love the scent, not for pricing. I paid $53 for (4) 2oz bottles, that is slightly absurd.
Hi Jerry, Somehow I lost my original response so lets try this again. I don't use AFI, nor have I ever smelled CandleScience's Velvet Vanilla. You actually paid $35.80 for four 2oz. bottles, with shipping it came to $50.17 (those pesky taxes didn't help either). Zero Vanillin in HellaVanilla and CandleScience's has 2.01 to 5%. Additionally, I've had this fragrance since 1997....CandleScience began in 2004). Not trying to be absurd with my response at all, but I do think its important not to spread misinformation.
It's the vanilla of your dreams. I ordered samples of vanilla from 15 different places, and this one is 100% the best of all of them. Love, love love!
Hellavanilla is the best vanilla out there, in my opinion, and I've tried a lot of them. Customers love this too, and it makes a very popular candle.
This is such a yummy fragrance; I've actually been wearing it as a perfume (to see if I get any reaction) and it does not disappoint! I'll have to start blending this with other gourmand oils, it's perfect!
This is a very nice vanilla. It reminds me of tart vanilla froyo.
