This is for post-rain scent, not pre-rain scent

If you’re expecting this to smell like “rain on the way”: Petrichor/geosmin is released *after* rain, not before.
The element that causes that unique clean, sharp smell prior to rainfall when lightning is present, is ozone.
Always do due diligence before making a purchase, and especially before posting a derogatory review.

No it doesn't smell anything like a rain on the way. It doesn't smell bad but it doesn't have that odor of a rain on the way

Worth every penny

Yes, this scent is expensive and yes, it’s worth it! Completely realistic and feels like I’m standing in the Olympic National Forest in the PNW. The perfect balance of damp earth, fresh rain, and feeling grounded.
