Let me preface this review. If you like earthy scents like earth, soil, moss, grass, forest or anything in that family of fragrances then this is the one for you. By no means am I going to criticize the scent other than to say its not for me. I tried it since it had such rave reviews, but I'm not a fan. Would love to give it 5 stars but I can't vouch for anything other than it's extremely strong and pungent.

I have tried many petrichor fragrances from numerous suppliers and this is by far my favorite.

If you’re expecting this to smell like “rain on the way”: Petrichor/geosmin is released *after* rain, not before.
The element that causes that unique clean, sharp smell prior to rainfall when lightning is present, is ozone.
Always do due diligence before making a purchase, and especially before posting a derogatory review.

No it doesn't smell anything like a rain on the way. It doesn't smell bad but it doesn't have that odor of a rain on the way
