Oh Creosote! This was a long journey for a gal in Kansas to figure out. After sending many testers, all of my responses were thumbs up for this blend. It's a dry version of the fragrant bush found in the desert.
Top Notes: Spiced Orange Slice, Sweet Honey
Middle Notes: Evergreen Pine, Pine Sap, Hyacinth, Clover
Bottom Notes: Sandalwood, Cedar, Earth
Flash Point: 150 °F

after playing with the scent a little, I found letting the oil breathe for a few minutes gets rid of whatever that initial scent is. There is an industrial kind of smell to it while in the bottle. It fades entirely once on a test strip for a few minutes. I wouldn't know where to begin to explain this scent. It is as unique and intriguing as the desert itself. I am more than a little impressed with Little Bees.
Love this fragrance! I live in Arizona and this scent is the closest to creosote I’ve found. Great job!
I was so hopeful that this was going to work for my line. And I was not disappointed. I bought both the wet and dry versions of creosote and I love them both. When I pinned them down for a choice, 80% of my testers preferred the wet version but everyone liked both. Great Job!
Life circumstances required I leave my home in the desert but one sniff of this brings me right back. A fragrance I didn't know would be available anywhere and immediately had to order when I saw it. This is so fresh, so clean, so beautiful and unique.
Me and my customers cannot get enough of this scent…..it is wildly popular and very true to what you would expect if you’ve ever smelled the desert after a rain.
