Tested at maximum 3.84%*. Poured easily, gave me no issues. The batter was slightly thicker than the unscented control after sitting for a bit, but not by much. Turned my batter a yellow color and then discolored to sepia with the cure. Scent retention is quite strong, even at the lower use rate!

I swoon over this one. It is decidedly masculine in a way that is inviting and complex. The top notes get out of the way fast. It is almost as if they are luring you into what is to follow. And what follows is a seductive and **** blend of manliness, lol. I am using it in a candle to commemorate one of the wild wests more notorious lawmen and I don't think I could have found a better oil. I have tried on my own to come up with something as notorious as the man whose essence I am hoping to capture and failed repeatedly. I was about to give up until I received my sample. This is a dimly lit room shared with a man who is confident and capable. Aged woods seasoned with dark spices linger long after the initial impression fades. It is truly a masterpiece.
Let me start by saying that I probably wouldn't have purchased this fragrance based on the scent notes or the fragrance name. However, I received a sniffer of it and put it in a small bar of cold process soap, and let me tell you that it is absolutely gorgeous! It's soft and powdery, sultry and mysterious. Just beautiful! It did thicken my soap batter, but I was able to get it smoothly into my mold without any issue. So far, it's discolored a little to a light-medium tan at a 5% use rate. And did I mention that it smells phenomenal? Lol. Just grab it if you're on the fence!

I make Caramel Apple Wax Melts every Fall and they are always a huge hit. That being said, I've tried just about every Caramel Apple fragrance oil I've come across. All of them have smelled very synthetic and unnatural. However, when I smelled this one, my mouth instantly watered. It's the absolute truest fragrance oil I've ever smelled. I have it sitting on my kitchen counter just so I can take a quick sniff every time I walk by 😅😂 I'm eager for the Fall, so I have a reason to put this in wax.
