I hate how different our noses are...I was so excited to get this honey scent as I was looking high and low to find one! Oob it smelt just like honey directly from the honey comb. I did a blend and waited two weeks to burn it (because soy wax) 😤. However, when I tested my candle all I could smell was pee. I did blend it with another fragrance oil and wondered if that is what was throwing if off, but nope, now when I sniff directly from the bottle all I am smelling is urine. I am going to put it away and revisit after the holidays when I am not inundated with so many different scents in the studio and see if the scent changes for me. I am so bummed..

I find this to be a really nice honey scent but ooooh man does it take over anything I put it in. I've been trying to get the smell out of a bottle for months and it still overwhelms anything I put in it. If you want honey, this is it, but proceed with caution.

Phenomenal Pure Honey Scent!

At first I liked the smell. Reminded me of some “nectar” smelling candles I’ve purchased in the past. But it didn’t smell well with my soap. After it cured smelled more like grape bumble gum than honey.

To my nose, this is a neutral honey scent. It's not flowery or spicy and it doesn't lean in any particular direction - which is what I really like about it. It smells like actual honey. I use it as a blender with other fragrance and perfume oils and it projects quite nicely. It's a fairly strong scent and, if one's not careful with the dosage, it can dominate a blend. It smells really good and is the best honey FO I've tried to date.
