This is the best black rose and oud scent on the market! I've made soap and am going to make candles with it. It is wonderful for Valentine's Day but i will also use it year round.
Used at maximium amount in cp soap and it is STRONG and complex! Will decrease amount to 3% for the next batch. Unsure about acceleration or discoloration due to using a high butter content recipe and mica’s colorants. Definitely recommend!

Black Rose & Oud is in my top favorite LBS. She’s the dark & moody fragrance lovers version of “refreshing”. Very complex and rich, not overpowering, just right. I’ve tested in candles and perfume. Great performance in both. The perfume is gorgeous.
I can not speak to discoloration as I only just now made the soap. Otherwise no problems. LBS has a wonderful high quality oud fo. This is the same high quality. The oud is definitely present, but all the other notes are there too. Especially when it hit the soap batter. Just try it, even if you think you don't need another rose or woody scent.
